Emma is 10 months old!!!

It is hard to believe that Emma is already 10 months old! The time just flies by. As many of you know, I have been taking a picture of Emma every month to show her growth with a little 3x5 card. It is nearly impossible to take this picture now because she crumples the card and eats it and throws it the minute I put it near her. I am so glad that there are only 2 more months of this. I included a video clip at the bottom of what it is like to try and get her to hold the card for a picture.

She is our little explorer. She loves to crawl throughout the house and open as many cupboards as she can - and close them and open them etc. She LOVES the cupboard under the sink and loves to take out all the swiffer boxes and then take out all the swiffer cloths from the boxes. I figure this will occupy her for 10 minutes while I am trying to clean up the kitchen. She even likes to crawl INSIDE the cupboard and knock over as many bottles as she can. It is definately long past due for child locks on these cabinets. I also made chocolate chip cookies and hid them in a cupboard from Jay so that they will be there when our friends come into town this weekend. Of course our little Emma found the cookies in a different cupboard and kept trying to pull them out!

She loves crawling over and around things. Along with crawling into cupboards, she also was found crawling on top of her lego toy, like it was a mountain (see the picture below.) She also goes into the kitchen to the table where all the chairs are pushed in and climbs through the legs of the chairs and over the legs of the table like a little maze. It is amazing how fast she grows and changes.
